Student Cancellations

• If a student cancels their registration, a refund may be issued minus any non-refundable credit/debit card processing fees.

• Cancellation requests must be made before the class start time.

• No refunds will be issued once the class has started. You can request to reschedule to a different class.

Class Cancellations by Learn CPR Upstate

• If Learn CPR Upstate cancels a class for any reason, students will receive one of the following options:

• A full refund (including all fees), or

• The option to reschedule for a future class at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

• Students may request to transfer their registration to a future class instead of receiving a refund.

• Requests must be made prior to the scheduled class start time and are subject to availability.

Payment Processing Fees

• Credit/debit card processing fees are charged by third-party processors and are non-refundable when a student initiates a cancellation.
